Senior Officer, Treasury Operations (Emiritization)

• Handle the Mashreq Securities related activities as per laid down procedures and
  ensure that there is no operational loss.
• Timely submission of MIS to the stakeholders

• Check Corporate Actions relates to DFM / ADX / NASDAQ markets along with GCC
  related markets and update the same in the Trading system.
  • Apply in the market for Investor numbers for customers
  • Financial posting in the core system
  • Handle Customer queries and resolve them
  • Prepare trade confirmation and send to the customers
  • Reconciliation of customer portfolio as per agreed intervals and investigations in case
  of any exception
  • Report HO trades done through Mashreq Securities to CAD for booking the same in
  HO books

Graduate from a recognized University.
• Experience of 2 years in a brokerage house of medium-sized entity.
• Computer literate.
• Good command over spoken and written English.
• Due to nature of job, candidates with command on Arabic language will be preferred.
