OT Security Sales Specialists - Senior Manager

We Are:

Accenture is a global leader in technology and consulting services, helping the world’s leading organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, and create new growth. Our Security and Technology practice is at the forefront of helping enterprise clients navigate an increasingly complex threat landscape — combining deep cybersecurity expertise with the power of Accenture’s broader technology ecosystem, including Operational Technology (OT) environments across critical industries.

Accenture Cybersecurity helps organizations prepare, protect, detect, respond to, and recover, at all points of the security lifecycle. We hire the very best security talent and arm them with the coolest tools and latest tech so they can help our clients build resilience as we create integrated, customized turnkey solutions. We blend risk strategy, digital identity, cyber defense, application security and managed service solutions to rethink the entire security lifecycle.

You Are:

A results-driven Technology Sales Executive with 8 – 10 years of experience of originating and closing complex technology deals and ideally have experience in cybersecurity or Operational Technology (OT).  Your core strength is your ability to lead the full sales process from deal origination through close.

The Work:

• Originate and develop new sales opportunities within established Accenture enterprise accounts, driving the full sales cycle from initial pursuit through deal closure

• Engage senior client stakeholders — including C-suite and functional leaders — to understand business challenges and position Accenture’s technology and cybersecurity capabilities as strategic solutions

• Collaborate with internal Accenture delivery leads, solution architects, and practice leads to shape compelling, differentiated proposals and respond to client opportunities

• Develop strong relationships with clients and gain the trust of key advisors

• Manage and be accountable for sales targets in the $6–10M range, tracking pipeline health and reporting on deal progress with discipline and rigor

• Lead commercial negotiations, contracting discussions, and deal structuring in partnership with legal, pricing, and delivery stakeholders

• Stay current on technology ecosystem trends — including cybersecurity, OT, cloud, and AI — to bring informed, credible perspectives to client conversations

Travel may be required for this role.  The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here’s What You Need:

• 8–10 years of Technology Sales experience, with a demonstrated track record of originating and closing complex technology deals

• Experience selling Cybersecurity solutions (e.g., managed security services, SOC, identity, cloud security)

• Experience selling into or working within Operational Technology (OT) environments such as manufacturing, utilities, energy, or critical infrastructure

• Proven experience managing and directly owning sales targets ranging from $6–10M, with a pipeline management discipline to match

• Deep understanding of technology ecosystems and the ability to engage credibly across the full technology stack with client stakeholders, including C-suite, technology, and operations leaders

•       Experience working within or alongside established enterprise account teams in a hunting capacity, building new revenue streams in existing client relationships

• Contribute to Accenture's Cybersecurity commercial practice—building reusable sales assets, methods, and client stories related to OT security

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Professional Skills Requirements

• Build and sustain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor who understands their business priorities and technology needs
• Navigate complex, matrixed organizations — both internally at Accenture and within client accounts — to align stakeholders and drive decisions that advance deals

Bonus Points If:

• You have experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity or critical infrastructure security roles
• You have experience, with a demonstrated track record delivering OT security programs to Fortune/Global 1000 or critical infrastructure clients
• You have experience leading OT security assessments, program design, or managed security implementations across multiple industry verticals
