As a Business Architect, Solution Manager, or Senior Project Manager within the DBT Business Architecture & Experience team, you will lead the definition, evolution, and governance of the Bank’s strategic roadmap and target operating model (FSA – Future State Architecture). You will translate the digital private banking vision into a prioritized portfolio of capabilities, solutions, and initiatives that drive measurable business value. Acting at the intersection of strategy, client experience, business architecture, and technology, you will ensure the delivery of scalable, sustainable, and future-ready outcomes.

The role is accountable for establishing governance, prioritization, and cross-functional decision-making frameworks that drive transparency, strategic alignment, and execution excellence across the organization.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Define and govern the strategic product and capability roadmap aligned to the digital banking North Star (Future State Architecture of Julius Baer)
• Design and evolve the target operating model across processes, journeys, governance, people, and technology
• Lead solution management and business architecture practices to ensure consistency, reusability, and long-term sustainability
• Align business, CX/UX, and journey strategies to maximize client, employee, and business value
• Establish and chair governance forums that drive prioritization, investment decisions, and roadmap transparency
• Facilitate executive decision-making through structured governance, transparent reporting, and clear prioritization frameworks
• Define business requirements, target-state designs, and success measures to support strategic change initiatives
• Champion simplification, standardization, and operational efficiency across products, processes, and platforms
• Build strong partnerships with senior stakeholders to align strategic objectives and drive organizational change
• Monitor delivery outcomes and value realization, ensuring initiatives achieve intended business benefits and strategic objectives
• Provide enterprise-wide leadership across business and technology stakeholders to enable execution of strategic transformation objectives

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree or equivalent qualification in Banking & Finance/Business Administration
• A minimum of 8+ years’ working experience in process engineering, project management and/or consulting
• Both conceptual capabilities and execution power, good project management skills
• Business acumen and strong knowhow in private banking
• Structured, detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable with a dynamic mindset
• Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate successfully with various internal and external stakeholders on all levels of the organisation
• Good presentation skills to host training sessions, workshops, or meetings
• Reliable, structured and results-oriented working style with very good organisational skills
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); ability to visualize data and craft clear narratives
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and hands-on personality with a growth mindset
• Proficiency in English required, German is a desirable any other language is a plus
