Your Team
The Solutions for Customization team (S4C) is accountable for incorporating the Murex software into the information system frameworks of our Capital Markets customers. Throughout the lifecycle of the product, from pre-sales support to implementation as well as training and product support, Murex S4C consultants are our clients' trusted IT partners. We deliver innovative solutions and provide state-of-the-art recommendations and advice.
We help the clients integrate Murex with other systems by proposing or designing solutions:
- Design reports and extractions out of murex for regulatory purposes or as input to other systems
- Integrate murex with other systems in the bank
- Configure murex to retrieve market data from other markets systems (Bloomberg, Reuters).
Note: This is not a pure coding role. While scripting, configuration, and code analysis are important, the primary focus is on understanding systems, diagnosing issues, supporting production environments, and ensuring service reliability. Ideal candidates bring strong Linux, networking, cloud, and database fundamentals (SQL), plus coding skills (Java preferred) used as a tool.
Your Role
In the context of project implementation or client instance support, you will provide clients with technical and functional services related to system integration—including data interfaces, user and end-of-day reports, and APIs—as well as technical expertise in the Murex system and third-party software such as message brokers, connectors, and databases.
- Develop expertise in Murex interface and reporting solutions, while building broader knowledge of the platform and integration best practices.
- Support clients in implementing the Murex system within their ecosystem and contribute to business-as-usual activities by following up on open cases through email, the case management portal, phone calls, and on-site visits.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and follow issues through to resolution and validation, working with senior consultants and specialist teams when needed.
- Contribute as a stream member during the build phases of implementation and upgrade projects, including participation in client workshops when required.
- Design, configure, and deliver integration and reporting solutions, including data interfaces, electronic communication and clearing connections, links to clients’ internal systems, user and end-of-day reports, APIs, trade migrations, and other client-specific solutions.
- Participate in system version upgrades, perform upgrade activities, and run the required regression testing.
- Conduct training for Murex colleagues, clients, and partners.
- Assist more senior team members with demonstration and pre-sales preparation.
- Contribute to internal product evolution streams by reporting issues and enhancement suggestions and supporting the enrichment of Murex solutions.
- Proactively follow up on integration and reporting activities to support service reliability and client satisfaction.
