Help shape the future of regulatory reporting in a business at the forefront of global markets. Joining the Commodities and Global Markets Futures Regulatory Reporting team, you will play an important role in a strategic transformation programme that is modernising transaction reporting, strengthening controls and driving better outcomes across key regulatory regimes.
We are a global financial services group operating in 30 markets with 57 years of unbroken profitability. At Macquarie, you’re empowered to shape a career that is fulfilling and creates value. You will bring your insights and expertise to the task at hand and feel supported as you make your own kind of impact for a better future.
As a member of the Commodities and Global Markets Futures Regulatory Reporting team, you will contribute to a large-scale cross-business transformation programme focused on enhancing transaction reporting across MiFID and EMIR regimes. Working closely with Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting, Compliance and global business stakeholders, you will help design and implement future-state reporting capabilities, strengthen the control framework and improve end-to-end processes. Alongside this strategic work, you will support the ongoing regulatory reporting function by investigating reporting exceptions, prioritising issues and ensuring reporting obligations are met with accuracy and integrity. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying remediation opportunities, translating regulatory requirements into practical solutions and helping deliver sustainable improvements that support the Futures business and its regulatory commitments.

- Experience partnering with stakeholders across regulatory reporting, compliance and business teams to resolve issues, influence outcomes and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
- A data-driven approach, with experience analysing complex data sets and using insights to support decision-making; familiarity with AI tools is beneficial
- Experience contributing to large-scale change or transformation programmes, ideally as a subject matter expert or product-focused contributor
- The ability to balance strategic programme delivery with operational responsibilities, applying sound judgement and a continuous improvement mindset to enhance reporting outcomes
