We're looking for a Systems Engineer who's passionate about modern enterprise platforms, automation, identity management, and AI-enabled operational tooling. In this role, you'll lead complex technical projects, build scalable integrations, and help evolve the systems that power employee productivity and business operations across Braze.

You'll have the opportunity to shape how enterprise systems, identity, automation, and emerging AI capabilities come together to create exceptional employee experiences.

We operate with a shared sense of ownership and purpose, supporting one another's growth, holding a high bar for quality, and working together to deliver impactful solutions for our users and the business. Collaboration, curiosity, and a commitment to excellence define how we show up for each other and for the company.
If you thrive on solving complex systems challenges, simplifying manual processes, and enabling the business through thoughtful automation and platform engineering, we'd love to meet you.
