Our strategy is to be the reinvention partner of choice for our clients and lead in the safe, widespread adoption of AI, and to be the most client-focused, AI-enabled, great place to work in the world. We bring together the talent of our approximately 814,000 people with proprietary assets and platforms, deep process and industry expertise, and leading ecosystem relationships to deliver end-to-end solutions and measurable outcomes at scale. Through our Reinvention Services, we offer broad expertise across Cybersecurity, Digital Core, Finance, Industry and Enterprise, Song, Supply Chain and Engineering, and Talent, with advanced capabilities in AI and Data, Industry and Process, and Technology. • Define the solution across client engagements, driving architecture vision, and solution while ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise standards.
• Partners with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and delivery teams to define scalable customer engagement ecosystems, establish governance frameworks, and deliver innovative omnichannel experiences.

The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here's what you need:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience helping to architect and deliver enterprise MarTech or customer experience solutions.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience participating and delivering Adobe Experience Cloud implementations, with deep expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with architecture workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an associate's degree with 6 years of work experience)

Bonus Points If:

• You have an Adobe certification in AJO or AEP
• You have strong experience defining customer data, personalization, and integration architectures
• You have experience with solution & architecture, solution blueprinting & architecture governance , and solution and consulting & advisory
