At Qualtrics, we create software the world’s best brands use to deliver exceptional frontline experiences, build high-performing teams, and design products people love. But we are more than a platform—we are the creators and stewards of the Experience Management category serving over 18K clients globally. Building a category takes grit, determination, and a disdain for convention—but most of all it requires close-knit, high-functioning teams with an unwavering dedication to serving our customers.
When you join one of our teams, you’ll be part of a nimble group that’s empowered to set aggressive goals and move fast to achieve them. Strategic risks are encouraged and complex problems are solved together, by passing the mic and iterating until the best solution comes to light. You won’t have to look to find growth opportunities—ready or not, they’ll find you. From retail to government to healthcare, we’re on a mission to bring humanity, connection, and empathy back to business. Join over 5,000 people across the globe who think that’s work worth doing.

Solutions Engineer, US Corporate
Why We Have This Role
Qualtrics created the Experience Management category, and we're building what comes next. Our XM Data & AI platform combines 25 years of experience data with human context to help organizations close the Experience Gap: the distance between what people expect and what companies deliver. Enterprises, governments and healthcare systems run their most sensitive experience programs on Qualtrics. Our customers use it to simulate decisions before anyone lives them, predict who's heading toward churn or disengagement, and take intelligent action in time to change the outcome.
How You’ll Find Success
- Higher win rates and faster deal cycles on the opportunities you support.
- AEs who seek you out and bring you in earlier.
- Fast ramp to confidence across the platform, and growing ownership of larger, more strategic opportunities.
- Strong technical and business storytelling that moves buyers to action.
- Scalable impact through building shared playbooks, demo assets, and leveraging AI in your workflow.
How You’ll Grow
- Structured ramp and ongoing coaching from a manager who has been a successful SE.
- Exposure to the full XM portfolio and our latest AI products.
- A clear development path from L3 toward strategic deals, L4 and beyond, with chances to mentor, lead initiatives and influence how the team operates.
- Visibility with Sales leadership, Product and Marketing.
Things You’ll Do
- Run discovery alongside AEs to uncover business pain, identify stakeholders and build the value case.
- Deliver story-led demos and presentations that connect Qualtrics capabilities, including our AI and agentic experiences, to customer outcomes.
- Shape deal strategy: qualification, competitive positioning, mutual action plans and executive engagement.
- Translate complex business and technical requirements into clear, credible solutions, including how Qualtrics fits into a customer's existing systems and data landscape. You'll bring in specialists and product owners when needed.
- Help the broader sales team through Slack support, office hours and reusable demo assets, so your impact extends beyond the deals you touch directly.
- Share field insights with Product, Marketing and Enablement.
- Build working knowledge of the XM platform, our competitors and the industries you cover.
- Join customer meetings in person from time to time.
