- Influence Product & Engineering: Serve as a conduit between customer delivery and product development; ensure PSEs test early-stage features, provide actionable feedback, and champion the voice of the customer internally.
- Proactively Own Initiatives: Identify delivery bottlenecks, operational blind spots, and tooling gaps; formulate viable, data-backed solutions and drive their implementation autonomously from concept to completion.
- Partner with Services Ecosystems: Participate in and co-lead monthly syncs with external services partners to support enablement and scale delivery bandwidth.
- Drive Operational & Delivery Excellence: Accountable for core delivery metrics including engagement completion rates, CSAT, target billable utilization (70%+), and services expansion opportunities.

- High Operational Resourcefulness & Ownership: An entrepreneurial mindset that proactively identifies friction, brings structured solutions rather than open-ended problems, and independently drives strategic initiatives to completion.
- Cross-Functional Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build rock-solid trust with PM leadership, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to align delivery capacity with commercial pipeline.
- Technical Fluency in Automation & Modern Tech Stacks: Ability to speak competently on workflow automation, APIs, system integrations, and modern AI/LLM applications to credibly guide engineers and evaluate delivery approaches.
