EY - GDS Consulting -AI Strategy & Go-To-Market

At EY, you’ll have the chance to build a career as unique as you are, with the global scale, support, inclusive culture and technology to become the best version of you. And we’re counting on your unique voice and perspective to help EY become even better, too. Join us and build an exceptional experience for yourself, and a better working world for all.

We are seeking a strategic Manager to join our AI & Data Tech Consulting team, focused on shaping how clients adopt Agentic AI and GenAI — and how the firm takes its AI offerings to market. The ideal candidate brings a blend of AI product strategy, solution positioning, and pursuit leadership, with enough technical fluency to credibly translate AI capabilities into business value, without being a hands-on builder.

You will work closely with account leaders, solution architects, C-suite stakeholders, and alliance partners to win and shape AI programs — owning the narrative from opportunity qualification and RFP response through solution storyboarding, commercial framing, and client orals.

WHERE YOUR TIME GOES

■  Partner with client leadership and Operating Partners to define AI / Agentic AI vision, use-case portfolios, and adoption roadmaps.

■  Build use-case prioritization frameworks (value vs. feasibility vs. risk) and translate them into phased roadmaps (discovery → MVP → scale).

■  Develop business cases with ROI, cost-to-serve, and value-realization metrics that leadership can fund against.

■  Frame AI operating models — CoE design, governance, Responsible AI guardrails, and human-in-the-loop controls.

■  Knowledge of business process transformation and industry value chains (Health, FS, Consumer, Industrials) would be an added advantage.

■  Shape and package AI offerings, accelerators, and assets into market-ready propositions — positioning, messaging, pricing logic, and differentiation.

■  Build sales enablement collateral: pitch decks, solution one-pagers, executive pagers, demo storylines, case studies, and battle cards.

■  Conduct market, competitive, and analyst research (vendors, hyperscalers, AI-native startups) to inform build / buy / partner decisions and offering roadmaps.

■  Work with alliance partners (Microsoft, AWS, Google, ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc.) on joint GTM motions, co-sell plays, and partner-funded programs.

■  Track adoption and pipeline KPIs for offerings and feed market signals back into the offering roadmap.

■  Lead end-to-end RFP / RFI / RFQ responses for AI and data programs — bid / no-bid qualification, win themes, solution storyline, and response orchestration.

■  Translate client requirements into a crisp solution narrative, scope, delivery approach, staffing model, and commercial construct, in collaboration with architects and delivery leads.

■  Own proposal quality — compliance matrices, executive summaries, value articulation, risk and assumption logs.

■  Prepare and lead client orals, executive workshops, and proof-of-value storyboards; coach pursuit teams on messaging.

■  Maintain a reusable pursuit library of proposal content, case studies, and credentials.

■  Working understanding of LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI frameworks, AI evaluation & observability, and LLMOps — enough to engage architects and challenge solutions credibly.

■  Awareness of AI risk, regulation, and governance (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001) and how they shape client buying decisions.

■  Familiarity with cloud AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI) and enterprise data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake) at a solution level.

■  Comfort with AI productivity tools to accelerate research, content, and proposal creation.

■  Work closely with account leaders to identify, qualify, and shape opportunities and build tailored value propositions for strategic accounts.

■  Build trusted relationships with client CXOs, product owners, and transformation leaders.

■  Represent the firm at analyst briefings, industry forums, webinars, and thought-leadership platforms; author POVs, whitepapers, and blogs.

■  Lead and mentor a small team of strategy consultants and pursuit analysts.

■  Orchestrate collaboration across solution architects, delivery, sector specialists, alliances, legal, and pricing teams.

■  Drive knowledge sharing, offering playbooks, and capability-building across the practice.

■  MBA / PGDM in Strategy, Marketing, or Business Management from a premier institute. Engineering or quantitative undergraduate background preferred.

■  8–12 years of experience across AI / data product management, strategy consulting, solution / pre-sales, or GTM roles.

■  Proven track record of shaping and winning AI, GenAI, or data-driven transformation deals, or of taking AI products from strategy to launch and adoption.

■  Experience building offerings, roadmaps, business cases, and executive-facing collateral for enterprise clients.

■  Exposure to market research, competitive benchmarking, startup / vendor evaluation, or innovation programs is a strong plus.

■  Exceptional storytelling and executive presence — able to turn complex AI concepts into a compelling, simple business narrative.

■  Strong structured thinking and problem-solving; comfortable working under pursuit deadlines.

■  Excellent written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, especially with C-suite executives.

■  Influencing without authority across large, matrixed pursuit teams.

■  GenAI / AI strategy certifications (Microsoft, AWS, Google, Coursera, ISB / IIM executive programs, etc.)

■  Product management or agile certifications (SAFe POPM / PM, Pragmatic, CSPO), Design Thinking.

■  APMP (proposal management) certification is a plus.

■  Shape how leading global enterprises adopt AI — and how the firm wins in the AI market.

■  Work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and growth, with direct visibility to account and practice leadership.

■  Collaborate with a team of AI experts, solution architects, and industry specialists in a highly entrepreneurial environment.
