What you'll do
You will deliver operational technology excellence with the instincts of a trusted advisor, providing concierge-grade IT support and empowering colleagues to adopt modern digital workplace tools.
You will manage end-to-end local technology operations and colleague enablement—diving into walk-in IT Bar support, real-time incident resolution, device lifecycle provisioning (Windows, macOS, Jamf), conference room AV readiness, and high-impact event execution. In parallel, you will champion the adoption of firm-wide tools and emerging AI technologies (such as Claude and Cursor), lead interactive enablement sessions, and bridge the gap between day-to-day colleague experiences and global IT product teams.
Your work will ensure seamless business continuity, eliminate technology disruptions across office operations and executive events, and build colleagues’ confidence and self-sufficiency in leveraging modern workplace technologies.
You will be based in Sydney as part of our Tech Ecosystem function. This team delivers operational excellence, user-centric workplace technology solutions, and proactive colleague enablement across the organization.
