- You champion simplicity by distilling complex technical architectures and sprawling reporting demands into streamlined, intuitive data products and self-service solutions.
- You are a high-trust collaborator who communicates with clarity, candor, and respect, building strong cross-functional partnerships across People, IT, and enterprise data teams.
- You think at scale, designing resilient data foundations, governance models, and team practices that are built to support a high-growth global organization and evolving AI capabilities.
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

- Strong product mindset with demonstrated experience simplifying large reporting portfolios and transitioning organizations from manual reporting toward scalable self-service analytics
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience architecting semantic data layers and governance frameworks specifically designed to support generative AI tools, LLMs, or autonomous agents
