A career in Finance Operations within Internal Firm Services offers the opportunity to be part of PwC’s end-to-end invoice-to-cash (I2C) processes, supporting core areas such as billing, work-in-progress (WIP) and receivables.In this role, you will own and manage critical finance operations that directly impact financial accuracy, revenue recognition and cash collection. You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, completeness and timeliness of financial data and processes—forming a key part of the firm’s financial backbone and supporting the firm’s ability to bill accurately and manage working capital effectively.
At the same time, you will identify opportunities to improve, simplify and strengthen these processes, contributing to automation, process enhancements and ongoing finance transformation initiatives.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including regional and global teams, to resolve operational matters, enhance data quality, improve workflows and support more efficient, scalable ways of working.

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Associate to join our team.
This role sits within PwC’sinvoice-to-cash (I2C) cycle, covering areas such as customer records, job codes, client billings, work-in-progress,timecardsand receivables.
You willtake ownership of specific finance processes, ensuring they are executed with strong discipline and control, while also playing a key role in improving how these processes workover time.

WhatYou’llDo
Own and deliver core finance operations
Take ownership of assigned areas within the I2C cycle (e.g. billing, WIP, receivables, time)
Ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of financial transactions and data
Maintain strong adherence to processes and internal controls
Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth, consistent day-to-day execution
Safeguard financial integrity and data quality
Monitor financial data for accuracy,consistencyand completeness
Identifydiscrepancies,gapsor risks, and ensuretimelyresolution
Support strong governance and reliability across finance operations processes
Drive process improvements and transformation
Identifyinefficiencies, recurringissuesand opportunities within processes
Propose and support improvements, includingprocess enhancements,automationor system changes
Contribute to finance transformation initiatives, including hands-on exposure to business analysis and project coordination
Partner with stakeholdersacross teams
Work closely with engagement teams and internal stakeholders, including regional and global counterparts,to resolve issuesand align on processes
Provide clarity on finance processes and requirements
Support better decision-making throughaccurateand reliable information
Work within a shared team structure
Work closely with team members managing related processes across the I2C cycle
Ensure smooth handoffs and coordination across interdependent activities
Maintain alignment across end-to-end finance operations
Grow into process ownership and leadership
Build towards end-to-end ownership of a sub-process over time
Guide junior team members and contribute to team delivery standards

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualifications
Fluent in English
Familiarity with tools such as Excel; exposure to Power BI or automation tools is an advantage

Experience in process improvement or system-related initiatives
