AsaSeniorAssociateinFinance Transformation(CMAAS),youwillhelpclientsdesign,optimize,anddigitisetheirfinanceoperatingmodel.Yourworkwillspancorefinanceprocesses,selectionandimplementationoffinanceapplicationsand software,andenablementofcloud,automation,visualization,andemergingAIusecasesinfinance.Withaprimaryfocusonprocessesandstate-of-arttechnology,you’llalsobeadressingcomplexaccountngchallenges while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assessandimprovefinanceprocesses:Mapcurrent-stateprocessesandcontrols;identifypainpointsandefficiencyopportunitiesin relationtoclose,consolidation,reporting,andworkingcapitalcycles
Enablefinancetechnology:Supportselection,design,testing,datamigration,andgo-liveforERPandvariousfinanceapplications.Deliverautomationandanalytics.Improvedataqualityandmasterdatagovernance.Identifyand pilot use cases, driveAIadoptioninfinance.
Strengthenreportingandcompliance:Acceleratemonthlyclose,intercompany,andreconciliations;enhancemanagementreportingandtransparency. Supportaccountingpolicychangesandnewstandardswhile ensuring seamless integration.
What We’re Looking For:
Professionalswithmorethan 3yearsofexperienceinfinancialaudit,financialcontrolling,oraccounting,eagertoelevatetheircareersbyengagingwithcomplexandchallengingprojects.
AcademicdegreeinAccounting,Finance,BusinessAdministration,orarelatedfield, with working knowledge of IFRS/GAAP principles and their application.
Goodunderstandingoffinanceprocesses(R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A,payroll)andinternalcontrols.Experienceinfinancetransformationwith process/systemsexposure.
Hands-onexperiencewithoneormorefinance-relatedtechnologies:ERP, accounting/consolidationsoftware,BI/analyticstools;
Dataanddigitalskills:Advanced Excel isrequired.AnyknowledgeinRPA/workflowtools/SQL/PowerQuery/Pythonorsimilarisaplus;familiaritywithcloud/SaaS,APIs,andiPaaSconceptswill be highly regarded.
Demonstratedambitionandathirstfornewchallenges,withtheabilitytoworkbothindependentlyandaspartofateam.
Fluency inEnglishis essential
