Our Management Consulting team at PwC New Zealand partners with organisations across the public and private sectors to solve complex challenges and drive meaningful, lasting change. We work alongside clients to develop and implement strategies that improve operational performance, transform business models, and support their people to succeed.

From large-scale transformation programmes and operating model design to workforce strategy and organisational change, our team brings together management consultants, organisational strategists, HRpractitionersand change management specialists to deliver sustained outcomes.

Your day-to-day could include:

• Working collaboratively within project teams and with clients to develophigh-qualitydeliverables and support effective delivery.

• Designing and delivering solutions that help clients meet their strategic and operational goals.

• Working through ambiguity and applying critical thinking to solve complex business problems.

• Taking responsibility for a key workstream or element of project delivery, with support from senior team members.

• Analysing information, developing insights, and presentingrecommendations.

• Contributing tobuilding trusted relationships with clients and colleagues across PwC.

• 2–5 years’experience in apublic, corporate,or professional services environment.

• A tertiary degree in arelevantfieldsuchas Human Resources, Commerce, Business, Law, OrganisationalPsychologyorarelated disciplineisadvantageous.

• Experience working with clients in a professional setting.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex issues and recommendationswithin ateam.

• Demonstrateself-leadershipin a professional settingand awillingness to develop capabilities,learn, and upskill.

• Confidence using technology, including an awareness of AI and the ability to use AI toolsappropriately.

• Commercial curiosity and an interest in solving complexorganisational challenges.

• Consultingor professionalservicesexperience would be beneficialbut not essential.
