Key Responsibilities:
Our Corporate Support Services unit provides practical and effective assistance to our clients in the corporate secretarial, accounting and payroll functions to ensure all statutory compliance requirements are fully met. Our aim is to provide value-added services and solutions that are flexible and tailored to theparticular circumstancesand needs of our clients.As an Accounting & Bookkeeping Intern, your responsibilities include:
Assist professional staff with a wide range of accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including the compilation of financial statements, other reconciliations and auditschedules
Use the accounting system/software to pass journal entries and preparereports
Perform transactions relating to the accounts receivable or accounts payable functions including invoicing, processing receipts from customers, payments tosuppliers
Prepare journal entries to record dailytransactions
Assist to prepare statutory records and financial statementsin compliance with the laws and file returns withACRA
What we're looking for:
Cumulative score ofGPA3.3 to 3.8
‘O’ Level English C5 & above
Has good co-curricular activitiesrecord
Possess strong interpersonal and communicationskills
Are keen to develop themselves in theprofession
Are service-oriented and committed to teamwork andexcellence
Are highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident andcreative
Must be meticulous, organised and possesses a flair fornumbers
