TheAgency Financetrack ofourC&IBSummer Internship Program enables interns to explorevarious aspects of theMultifamily Finance industrythrough PNC’sFannie Mae DUS, Freddie MacOptigo, andFHAlendingplatforms.Inadditiontoagency lending, we offer construction, bridge, andpermanentfinancing through our balance sheet.This suite of products allows us to provide comprehensive financing solutionsto our customers Nationwide.
Interns will work directly with the Relationship Team and senior management to support daily operations related to underwriting (portfolio administration, periodic reviews,due diligence reviews, loandocumentationand fulfillment) and sales functions (pre-call planning, client research,pre-screen,relationship reviews,and loan structuring).Upon completion, interns will recognize the importance each of these functionshaveon the deal-making process.
The Summer Internship Program is a direct pipeline for talent toC&IB PNCReal Estate Development Program, providing interns with an unparalleledopportunity tolearnthe business while gaining visibility among the firm's senior leadership.

Job Profile:
Participates as an intern in the PNC summer internship program.
Performs orassistthe core activities of the group by applying knowledge learned to drive business results (e.g.,deal, sales, process support, internal or external customer interaction, or supporting internal projects). Works under supervision and may have limited approval and/or exception authority.

Required Education and Experience:
Working towardbachelor’s degree, preferred business relevant majors (e.g.,Finance, Accounting, IT, Economics, Marketing, Math, Statistics, HR, Management, Communications, Business Law, Psychology, Logistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Actuarial Sciences),junior status.
