Technology M&A Due Diligence Manager

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6–11 years of experience.
• Experience working in client-facing consulting engagements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting private equity or strategic transaction clients.
• Experience leading technology diligence or post-close initiatives.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Additional Role Expectations

• Travel: Moderate to frequent, depending on engagement needs.
• Peak Periods: Increased workload during diligence and transaction phases.
• Licensure Progress: Progress toward relevant certification where applicable.
• Scheduling: Flexibility aligned to transaction timelines.
