Responsibilities:

• Lead and Manage Consumer banking projects and initiatives across our 6 key markets which include Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, India, Indonesia and China.

• Manage end to end delivery, include gathering detailed requirement from business lead of customer journey, collaborate with stakeholders for UI of signoff CJ, Data requirement, copytext, notifications templates, review for error scenarios etc

• Responsible for squad capacity within budget, backlog & stakeholder, clear understanding of the delivery and it’s ROI to prioritize work for the cross functional team to deliver together.

• Create the release plan with scrum master, with details on UAT, testing strategy, coverage, entry and exit criteria to implementation approach.

• Drive quality engineering and test automation adoption by ensuring appropriate automation strategy, coverage planning, and execution using modern tools such as Playwright for web testing and Appium for mobile application testing.

• Oversee delivery execution from QA quality, sprint demo, status reporting from velocity to aging tickets and escalation where required. Work with QA manager for performance feedback

• Promote effective use of AI-assisted delivery practices to improve productivity and quality, including leveraging AI tools to support user story elaboration, acceptance criteria refinement, test scenario identification, and test case generation while ensuring human review, traceability, and compliance with internal standards.

• Responsible for UAT signoff against agreed exit criteria and track agreed open items and manage Go Live plan and postproduction support and handover.

• Manage backlog & project stakeholders, have clear understanding of the delivery and it’s ROI to prioritize work clearly for the cross functional team to deliver together

• Gather detailed requirement from business lead for analysis, collaborate with stakeholders for UI of signoff CJ, Data requirement, copytext, notifications templates, review for error scenarios etc
   

Requirements:

• Degree holder with 8 years relevant experience, preferably in Consumer Banking and/or mobile / Internet Banking with strong business acumen is an advantage.

• Strong IT background preferably with experience in implementing system projects. Experienced in areas of Consumer and Wealth Banking products, mobile payments, x-border payment, process improvement and the operational aspect on international payment processes and operations.

• Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices with ability to blend them in the right proportions to fit a dynamic project and business environment.

• Good understanding of test automation principles, automation frameworks, regression automation, and automation metrics, with exposure to tools such as Playwright for web applications and Appium for mobile applications.

• Experience or working knowledge in using AI-enabled tools to improve delivery productivity, including user story creation, acceptance criteria elaboration, test scenario discovery, and test case generation, with appropriate review and governance controls.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive working attitude.

• Team player as need to work across different stakeholders from product to technology.

• Good presentation skills and articulate well on senior management meeting

• Meticulous and systematic with an eye for detail.

• Possess the ability to prioritize and categorize requirements or issues to ensure that effective delivery of projects or enhancements

• Lead and challenge the status quo on project delivery and product development life cycle
