Job Description
The Wealth Banking Services Managing Director leads a team of private bankers responsiblefordelivering lending solutions withinthe Wealth Banking Serviceswholesale privatebanking model. Directsthe activities and productivity ofateam responsible for evaluatingclient borrowing needsandstructures,delivering credit solutions, and providingongoing oversight of the loan portfolio. In addition to leading team performance, production, credit quality, and execution, the Managing Director personally engagesasthedirect Banker fortheteam’smost complexor sensitiverelationshipsandtransactions.The role is accountable forsupporting thestandardsfor managing theloanportfolio ina manner that ensures compliancewith banking regulations, policies and procedures, creditstandards, and risk expectations.Additionally, supportsthe Wealth Banking Servicesrelationship managerefforts and ensures objectives and tactics are consistent with overall business strategy.
Direct activitiesand productivityofassigned private banking team.
Responsible for pipeline and performance management.
Support standardsfor managing the loan portfolio in a manner that ensurescompliance with bankingregulations, policies and procedures, credit quality and credit policy requirements.
Serves asBanker fortheportfolio’smostcomplex relationshipsandtransactions.
Requires National Mortgage Licensing Service (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z and ongoing compliance with all legal or regulatory registration requirements, including, but not limited to maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record.
Actively ensurescompliance with the U.S. Bank Code of Ethics and all Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, information security and suspicious activity reporting requirements, policies and procedures. Actively participate in any requiredcorporateand business line training in these areas. Follow account opening procedures and understand and follow internal suspicious activity referral requirements and processes, as required for this position. Actively work with customers to understand each customer's normal account activity, as appropriate for this position.
Basic Qualifications
-Bachelor's ormaster’sdegree in accounting,finance or other related field
-Eightor more years of banking experience
-Threeor more years of managerial experience

- Expert knowledge of unit(s) and relation to industry
- Strong leadership abilities and strategic management skills
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $152,370.00 - 186,230.00U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
