Deputy Manager – Insurance Sales (Commercial Risk)

Responsibilities: We are looking for a driven sales professional to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to grow across different insurance lines while driving new business for Aon Vietnam. Drive growth by focusing on new business acquisition and building a strong sales pipeline. Identify, approach, and win new clients (new logos) through proactive prospecting (cold calls, meetings, networking) Build and manage a healthy pipeline, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing Execute sales plans aligned with revenue targets and local market strategy Engage client stakeholders (HR, Finance, Risk, and Management) to understand needs and propose suitable solutions Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive proposals across commercial risk solutions Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting using internal systems Continuously develop knowledge across insurance lines to expand client solutions over time Skills and experience that will lead to success We are looking for a strong hunter profile with the ability to drive new business: Proven experience in B2B sales / business development Strong new business acquisition skills with the ability to proactively build pipeline Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills Results-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working towards sales targets Proactive, resilient, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment Growth mindset with willingness to expand across different insurance solution lines Benefits: At Aon, we offer you a competitive and attractive package which not only rewards performance but also invests in the candidate’s long-term growth and satisfaction within the organization.
