Claims & Collection Assistant (Temporary)

Your challenge
You will be placed in our Allianz Trade Türkiye office, within the Department Credit, in the Claims&Collection team, where you will be responsible for Claims & Collection Assistant. You will be primarily responsible for the following activities:
- Providing operational support to the Claims & Collection team for a period of 1 year
- Following up on documents, archiving, monitoring emails and payments, adn entering data into the system
- Requesting information from law firms, following up on requests, and conducting relevant research
- Preparing reports in line with the department's needs
You are the ideal candidate if...
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Preferably experienced in operations and document archiving
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good command of English
- Detail-oriented, with strong follow-up and organizational skills
