What do we expect you to bring?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mathematics Engineering or an equivalent related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Information Technologies Audit/Control, Information Systems Audit/Control or Information Technologies related disciplines.
- Knowledge of IT Processes, IT audit, risk management, information security, governance and control standards
- Knowledge of COBIT, ITIL, ISO 20000, ISO 27001 or similar frameworks, practices and standards. Trainings and certifications are preferred.
- Ability to review and document IT policies, procedures and control activities.
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and project tracking tools such as Jira.
- Strong planning, problem-solving, time management and decision-making skills.
- Dynamic, proactive and open to continuous learning.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, including the ability to explain technical matters clearly to different stakeholders.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Having knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) development, Data Analytics, Data Intelligence, AI/Data Strategy, and AI tools.
How can you make an impact?
- Having good knowledge of IT processes, to identify areas open to improvement, to support ITIL / COBIT based projects within this scope.
- Following the compliance with the local and global regulations and related institutional rules regarding IT. Taking necessary actions in compliance work.
- Monitoring the performance measures of IT processes and services. Taking action on updating and changing these measures, informing and supporting related teams as needed.
- Carrying out studies for measuring the satisfaction of IT customers (agents, etc.), identifying and adopting areas that need improvement.
- Monitoring and assessing the compliance of information systems and operational processes with Allianz policies, procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Reviewing IT processes from a governance and control perspective and contributing to process optimization and improvement activities.
- Supporting compliance with the regulations and other applicable regulatory requirements, including related risk assessment activities.
- Contributing to the preparation, review and continuous improvement of IT policies, procedures and process documentation related to changes and new developments in Allianz products and processes.
- Monitoring IT service quality, preparing related reports and contributing to the development and improvement of SLA monitoring mechanisms.
- Acting as the accountable IT contact during internal and external audits and coordinating related audit and control activities.
- Supporting the preparation and execution of annual audit and control plans.
- Completing assigned audit, control, review and consultancy activities within the timelines defined in the annual plan and work program.
- Assessing risks identified during audit and control activities, evaluating remediation actions and improvement opportunities, and ensuring timely communication and reporting to relevant stakeholders and senior management.
- Working closely with Audit and Risk teams and supporting annual IT audit/control planning and follow-up activities.
- Participating in relevant projects, working groups, boards and committees and providing recommendations to minimize risks related to critical processes.
