As a VP Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and interpreting requirements, analysing business processes, identifying risks and opportunities, and collaborating on solutions that drive measurable business impact and transform the way we work.
Working closely with our growing Wealth and Private Credit businesses in London and colleagues across the wider Data, Digital, Design and Engineering team, you will identify and prioritise solutions to optimise our portfolio modelling capabilities as we transition from Excel to more robust digital solutions.
Your role will involve documenting solutions with a focus on key data flows, innovation of portfolio composition, capabilities for managing investment risk and liquidity risk, and ensuring a positive client and employee experience.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, supporting analytical and quantitative teams, ideally working as part of a product team in a scrum environment
- Prior experience in the financial services sector or a similarly regulated field, with a risk mindset. Experience in Private Assets is advantageous
- Experience implementing digital solutions, particularly those aimed at improving operational efficiencies and modelling multi-asset portfolios
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a self-starter approach and growth mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Prior exposure to working in cross-disciplined teams and global timezones is also beneficial
