Lead and coordinate FCCM projects and initiatives from requirements gathering to production deployment. Collaborate with Group and Local Compliance, and local IT teams to deliver according the business requirements. With the support of functional and technical experts, translate business and regulatory requirements into functional and technical specifications. Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables. Ensure compliance with internal governance standards. Coordinate testing activities (SIT, UAT, Regression Testing), generate reports and tight monitoring of issues resolution. Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular status updates. Drive continuous improvement of FCCM processes and controls.
