Senior Product Delivery Associate

As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Business Banking Lending, you will drive predictable, high-quality delivery from backlog through release and post-production validation. You will  partner closely with product and engineering to plan, coordinate, and execute releases while removing impediments and improving delivery processes. You will use data and responsible AI-enabled practices to improve speed, quality, and outcomes.

Job responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery across planning, build, testing, release readiness, and post-production validation.
• Facilitate the team’s Agile delivery rhythm (Sprint planning, daily stand-ups, refinement, reviews/demos, and retrospectives) to improve predictability and outcomes.
• Manage backlog execution by supporting prioritization, coordinating dependencies, maintaining story readiness, and controlling scope.
• Write and refine clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria using a structured format (e.g., Given/When/Then).
• Apply responsible AI tools to accelerate delivery work (e.g., drafting stories, summarizing requirements, generating test scenarios, and improving release communications) while ensuring accuracy and alignment to intent.
• Plan and coordinate user acceptance testing, including scenario definition, entry/exit criteria, defect triage, stakeholder coordination, and readiness reporting.
• Coordinate release planning, including scope alignment, cutover checklists, go/no-go coordination, and stakeholder communications.
• Execute post-production validation to confirm feature behavior, data integrity, operational stability, and customer experience.
• Define success metrics with product and engineering partners and track outcomes after releases (e.g., adoption, defect leakage, cycle time, and operational volume).
• Monitor production signals and user feedback, translating insights into backlog improvements and follow-up releases.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying delivery bottlenecks and implementing practical process improvements that reduce risk and increase quality.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• 3 years of experience in product delivery or Agile delivery roles, partnering closely with software engineering teams.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating Agile delivery routines (e.g., Scrum ceremonies) and improving delivery predictability.
• Proven ability to manage and refine a delivery backlog, including prioritization support, dependency tracking, and scope management.
• Demonstrated ability to write engineering-ready user stories and objective acceptance criteria.
• Proven experience coordinating user acceptance testing and supporting end-to-end release execution.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including aligning product, engineering, and risk/compliance partners on trade-offs and decisions.
• Data-driven delivery approach, using metrics and operational signals to drive priorities and improvements.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Experience using AI tools to accelerate delivery workflows (e.g., story drafting, acceptance criteria generation, test scenario creation, release notes, and outcome tracking).
• Experience working in regulated environments with strong attention to auditability, data privacy, and operational risk.
• Familiarity with API-based systems and production operations (e.g., monitoring, incident patterns, and release risk management).
• Experience leading change initiatives that streamline processes and improve delivery outcomes across stakeholders.
