What can you expect as a Capital Markets Academy participant?

The Capital Markets Academy is a 24-month rotational program across different capital markets sectors, to develop future capital markets professionals. Designed to invest in employees’ growth from day one, the program consists of three, eight-month rotations across various sectors including Office Investments, Retail, Industrial & Logistics and Debt Advisory. Participants will receive development opportunities through structured, hands-on exposure to live transactions and client relationships.

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for graduates who embody our core values: Be curious about the world around you, be humble in your approach, win together as part of a collaborative team, simplify complex challenges, and be decisive when it matters.

Eligibility 

• Undergraduate degree (completed/final year) - Real Estate, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for professional analysis and presentation.
• Outstanding written/verbal communication, time management, and relationship-building skills.

Application process

• Complete the application form and questionnaire, and attach your CV to apply
• Phone screenings will commence in August
• Selected candidates will attend a networking event, and will be assessed

• You will need to be available to start as a permanent, full-time employee in Februrary 2027
