THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Senior Director, Head of Enterprise Business to join our team in Vienna! This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of two days per week in our Vienna office.

Wellhub is officially expanding into Austria and Switzerland, and you will lead a high-impact team at the forefront of this new venture! As Head of Enterprise Business, you will play a key role in shaping our commercial presence across both countries—building a strong and sustainable B2B strategy, hiring and developing a high-performing team, and establishing Wellhub as the trusted partner for corporate wellbeing across the region.

This is a rare leadership opportunity to take ownership of a strategic multi-country market, combining team leadership, hands-on commercial execution, and long-term vision to define our success across Austria and Switzerland.

YOUR IMPACT

Reporting directly to the SVP, Global Head of Expansion, you will lead both Client Sales and Client Success teams across Austria and Switzerland. You will oversee the full client lifecycle—from first contact to long-term partnership—ensuring our initial enterprise clients see strong value and high employee engagement, setting the foundation for sustainable growth and retention. You will also:

• Design and shape the commercial strategy for Austria and Switzerland, adapting our global Go-to-Market approach to the distinct corporate landscapes and decision-making habits of both countries.
• Recruit, manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team across Client Sales and Client Success, fostering a collaborative, accountable, and high-velocity launch culture.
• Personally lead complex enterprise sales processes, acting as a role model for the team in high-stakes negotiations with C-level executives, HR leaders, and works councils (Betriebsräte).
• Establish clear priorities and targets for the Austrian and Swiss businesses, fully aligned with Wellhub’s global corporate targets.
• Build strong relationships within the regional HR ecosystem, representing Wellhub with senior C-suite stakeholders, HR forums, and major industry summits across the region.
• Live the mission:  inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance.

WHO YOU ARE

• Proven Enterprise Leader: You have 8+ years of leadership experience in SaaS sales, HR consulting, or employee benefits, with a strong track record of building and leading high-performing commercial teams.
• Complex B2B Closer: You have a documented history of closing large-scale B2B deals and navigating complex decision-making processes within major corporations.
• Entrepreneurial Builder: You’re proactive, scrappy, and comfortable working in an undefined market environment where you can create your own playbook and workflows from "Day Zero."
• Strategic & Analytical: You are both strategic and analytical, able to optimize the sales funnel, analyze workflows, and use data to inform expansion decisions.
• The Multilingual Requirement: You communicate confidently with native or professional fluency in German (with deep understanding of Austrian and Swiss corporate nuances) and full professional fluency in English. Fluency in French is a strong advantage (critical for the Swiss Romandie region).
• Hands-on & Pragmatic: You are a hands-on leader with a positive, solution-oriented approach, motivated by the challenge of building a commercial engine from scratch.
• Mission-Driven: You are passionate about wellness and genuinely excited to help the workforce in Austria and Switzerland lead happier, healthier lives.
