Job Description

We are looking for talented and ambitious consultants, based in the Netherlands, with experience from the aviation industry to strengthen our team.

You will join both a local and a global world-class team that, together with a strong partner group, works on some of the most complex challenges in the industry.

As part of expanding our European presence within aviation, you will collaborate closely with clients and colleagues across borders. We therefore seek candidates who thrive in both national and international environments and who bring strong collaboration skills.

In this role, you will support or lead the delivery of strategic and complex consulting engagements, including managing teams and senior clients. You will also contribute to business development for both new and existing clients by supporting proposal work, sharing insights and shaping service offerings that address strategic client needs.

You will have the opportunity to build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor who translates complex issues into clear business opportunities and decisions.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who are curious, ambitious and eager to learn. As you will be managing projects and leading teams of consultants, we are seeking candidates with a strong track record and typically seven or more years of management consulting experience or equivalent industry experience.

We believe you will be a great fit if:

• You have relevant experience from the aviation sector
• You understand key trends in the aviation industry, such as decarbonisation, digitalisation, operational efficiency, or changing commercial models
• You are methodical and analytically strong with the ability to understand and solve complex issues
• You have strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders and build trusted relationships
• You are comfortable working in high‑paced environments
• You are energetic, positive and goal‑oriented, with a commitment to delivering excellence
• You are a strong team player who recognises that we achieve better results together
• You are fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken

Please note that candidates must be fluent in Dutch, based in the Netherlands, and have the right to work in the Netherlands, as we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.
