·DIH is seeking an experienced End User Support Engineer to provide high-quality technical support to our End Users across the organization.

·Working under the End User Support Lead, the End User Support engineer will provide hands-on technical expertise, resolve complex workstations issues including Hardware and Software on Windows and MacBook PCs.

·With your customer centric and business focus mindset, you will provide level 1 and 2 support for hardware, software, operating system, connectivity and PC configuration for all End Users resolving the issue in a timely manner with the least business impact.

·DIH is very dynamic and expanding which requires a fast-paced workstation builds, re-image, provisioning, replacement and configuration.

·With your high sense of security and compliance you will ensure DIH workstation environment security and data privacy as well as promoting the security culture to our End Users’ community.

·In your day-to-day activities you will be using an IT Service management tool, such as ServiceNow, to manage Incidents and Requests adhering to the agreed SLAs, OLAs and KPIs.

·Your communication skills are key to this role in be able to provide the best User Experience to our End Users.

Essentials

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cyber Security, Management Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• 1+ relevant years of experience.

·Proven experience in End User computing, Desktop support, Workstation technology and security.

·Experience in an End User support operation in a medium-to-large enterprise environment.

·Strong hands-on experience in Windows and Mac operating systems, PC hardware and software troubleshooting complex incidents and problems.

·Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Endpoint patching, vulnerability remediation, antivirus, encryption, and workstation security.

·Experience with ITIL framework, in particular Incident and Request management.

·Experience with IT Service Management solutions such as ServiceNow.

·Strong understanding of data privacy and confidentiality and compliance.

·Very good communication skills and customer service capabilities.

·English language fluency.

Desirables

• Knowledge in Infrastructure, Network and VPN.
• Experience Netskope, Jamf Pro, Intune.
• Knowledge in Asset management and workstation life cycle.
• ITIL foundation certified.
