Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities are likely to encompass various aspects, with a strong emphasis on exceeding client expectations and aligning with our commitment to continuous improvement. In this role, you'll be adept at converting complex client challenges into effective technical solutions, ultimately enhancing our client's sales and distribution processes.

Travel Expectations

You will be required to travel internationally up to 30% to 50% of the time, outside of Egypt.

As an SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant, you will be responsible for contributing to the delivery of projects and programs from initial shaping through to completion. You will work collaboratively with project teams and independently, ensuring high performance and successful outcomes. To be considered for the role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• 7+ years minimum years of experience with end-to-end SAP implementations in the same field.

• High Proficiency in configuration of SAP Plant Maintenance, including Equipment, Functional locations, Maintenance Notifications, maintenance orders, Task Lists, Maintenance Orders, Maintenance Plans, Work Centers, and Preventive & Corrective Maintenance Processes.
• Hands-on Experience with Enterprise Asset Management, Breakdown Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Refurbishment, Calibration, and Maintenance Planning scheduling.
• Strong Integration experience with SAP MM, PP, QM, FI/CO and Asset Accounting (AA).
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA Asset Management and Fiori application for maintenance processes is highly preferred.
• Ability to lead, design & deliver on agreed timelines.
• Ability to lead SAP business workshops, fit-gap analysis, plan & design all needed activities for successful delivery.
• Great understanding and knowledge of new scope items as per SAP best practices for SAP Plant Maintenance.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
• Self-motivated and organized person
• High level of attention to detail, the ability to think architecturally at ‘big picture’ and able to translate this into practical implementation.
• Excellent ability to execute where information is ambiguous, utilizing professionalism, experience and prior knowledge.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills: role will require engagement with a varied and senior stakeholder base
• Documentation skills to provide high quality documentation for internal customers and technical teams.
• Openness to learning and managing new technologies as business requirements change.

Desirable:

• Good to have: SAP Certified Associate – SAP S/4 HANA Asset Management (Plant Maintenance)
• Required strong technical skills and demonstrated experience in each of the following areas:
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Deliver right solution architecture, automation and technology choices starting from experimentation and proof of concept phases of new analytical models
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting
• Preferred Industry Experience is Public Sector
• Arabic is a must + English fluency
