About The PositionThe Regulatory Reporting Control Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all regulatory reports submitted to external authorities. The role focuses on validating financial and operational data, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and strengthening controls around regulatory reporting processes.‍What You'll DoPrepare, review, and validate regulatory reports in line with local and international requirementsEnsure timely submission of reports to regulators (e.g., central bank, tax authorities, etc.)Reconcile regulatory reports with accounting records and internal systemsMonitor changes in regulatory requirements and assess their impact on reportingCoordinate with internal departments to gather required data and ensure consistencyIdentify and resolve discrepancies or data gaps in reported figuresMaintain proper documentation and audit trails for all regulatory submissionsSupport internal and external audits related to regulatory reportingEnhance processes and controls to ensure ongoing compliance and efficiencyWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field4–7 years of experience in regulatory reporting, financial reporting, or auditStrong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirementsSolid understanding of accounting standards and financial statementsExperience dealing with regulators or external auditorsHigh attention to detail and strong analytical skillsNice To HaveExperience in process automation and regulatory technology (RegTech)Technical SkillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel (data validation, reconciliation, reporting)ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or similar)Reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)Strong understanding of financial reporting systems and data flowsBasic SQL knowledge is a plus
