We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

 Developing our Premier Elite customer base and establishing long term relationships with an assigned Premier Elite clientele portfolio

Managing the total wealth of your clients by matching our financial and investment product solutions to their financial needs

Promoting our Premier Elite Service to potential customers, exploring their needs and making referrals to other business units where appropriate

Supporting branch improvement initiatives, providing customer feedback of our service, and ensuring compliance with audit requirements and quality assurance

Premier Relationship Director require exceptional ability to build trusting relationships with existing and potential Premier Elite clients, help clients articulate their needs, and deliver to exceed client expectations.

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

University level education, preferably in finance, business, or a related discipline

At least 5 years as Relationship Manager.

Experience in client facing environment, with excellent relationship building capability

Strong sales and customer orientation, with good communication and interpersonal skills

High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers

Good understanding and strong interest of the financial markets

Mature and independent mindset, able to work effectively under pressure

Strong commercial orientation with acute interpersonal skills

Fluency in Mandarin and English

本科及以上学历，金融、商科或相关学科更佳

至少5年以上客户经理经验

具有前线客户服务经验，善于建立客户关系

具有优秀销售及客户服务技巧，善于沟通及人际交流

以客户为本，致力为客户提供优质服务

了解并对金融市场有浓厚兴趣

成熟独立，能在压力下有良好表现

具有出色商业思维及敏锐人际技巧

普通话及英语流利
