Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.OR
Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Science, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 6+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
• 2+ years of experience with architecture and design tools.
• 2+ years of experience with scripting tools and programming languages.
• 2+ years of experience with design verification methods.
• 1+ year of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above).
The position offer candidates with depth and breadth on latest microprocessors powering mobile phones, mobile compute, AI engines, and even servers. The candidate will be a technical lead for pre-silicon and post silicon validation and enablement of microprocessors on SoC. Technical engagement included test development, pre-silicon verification, Presilicon emulation, silicon bring-up, silicon system detailed characterization, customer debug support, and optimization.
Experience and Education:
Masters or Bachelor degree in electrical/computer/Software engineering or higher
Thorough knowledge of microprocessor/cache-memory architecture and microarchitecture
Experienced in Software/Algorithms development for functional validation and detailed debug
Experienced in Software/Algorithms development for functional silicon characterization on system.
Ability to map Silicon scenarios to design verification environment and engage with design for root cause debug.
Communication covering silicon data analysis, interpretation, effective summary, silicon status reports are essential skills
Candidates should be fluent in C/C++, Strong familiarity in assembly(ARM, DSP, i32, etc.)
5+ years of working experience on microprocessor verification(front-end) or validation (Silicon) with strong engagement on silicon – We encourage candidates at all levels to apply if they see a good match to skills.

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:
$145,600.00 - $218,400.00The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
