AI Business Process Solution Sales Specialist - Public Sector & Government

Microsoft Finland, Enterprise Sales

• Lead discussions with senior decision makers at high-value customers to identify, qualify, and accelerate opportunities as a trusted advisor.
• Orchestrate internal and partner teams to build cloud- and AI-driven transformation solutions, and differentiate Microsoft competitively.
• Help customers realize value from their investments, driving adoption, expansion, and long-term partnership.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field AND several years in technology-related sales or account management — or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of business process solutions such as but not limited to Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP, Oracle and experience selling CRM, ERP, or business process transformation solutions
• Fluent in Finnish and English languages

Preferred qualifications

• MBA or Master's in IT/Information Security AND 8+ years, or Bachelor's AND decade plus years, in technology-related sales or account management — or equivalent experience.
• Several years solution or services sales experience, consultative and value-based, with enterprise or public sector customers.
• A sales-oriented mindset above all — business acumen and stakeholder engagement matter more than technical certifications.

Solution Area Specialists IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Finland is € 96,300.00 - € 156,100.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
