CxOレベルの意思決定者との関係構築を通じて、インフラ、アプリケーションやデータの移行・モダナイゼーション、業務アプリケーションの開発・導入提案、インテリジェントデータプラットフォーム提案など、社内のアカウントチーム・技術チームはもとより、パートナー企業と連携しながら案件創出から導入、Azureビジネスの最大化を図ります。

We are seeking an Azure Solutions Specialist Sales Representative to focus on the public sector market.
You will be responsible for selected sectors, including government agencies, local governments, and the healthcare sector.
This role involves leading the process from understanding and delving into customer needs and challenges to creating new business opportunities, as well as proposing and implementing optimal cloud solutions.
By building relationships with CxO-level decision-makers, you will work in collaboration with internal account and technical teams—as well as partner companies—to maximize Azure business opportunities. This includes projects such as infrastructure, application, and data migration and modernization; the development and implementation of business applications; and proposals for intelligent data platforms—from lead generation through to implementation.
We are seeking candidates who are well-versed in the cloud business, possess strong communication skills to build trusting relationships with customers, and are committed to continuously striving to meet various set goals.
We are also looking for candidates with knowledge and experience in the public sector market, as well as sales experience in the system integration (SI) business.
Responsibilities
お客様のニーズ、課題・優先事項の把握から計画実行に向けたビジネスプランの策定。AIビジネスをはじめとする長期的なパートナーシップを構築する。
・セールスと管理
担当するアカウントおよびエリアにおける販売目標達成に向けた戦略の立案と実行。AIによる分析および予測ツールの活用により精度を高める。
各ビジネスパイプラインの進捗、達成状況など、各種ツール、リソース、プロセスを用いてforecastの管理を行う。
AIを活用し、提供されたインサイトをもとに新たなビジネス機会を評価し、パイプライン創出につなげる。
自社ソリューションビジネスの最大化を目的に担当するAzureビジネスのみならずM365をはじめとするクロスソリューション連携を視野に、社内組織の横断連携を推進する。
競争の激しいクラウドビジネス環境において、Whyマイクロソフトを念頭にお客様との関係構築から提案、導入、運用時まで継続的に行うことで、市場への価値提供を訴求する。
・Engagement
Formulate business plans—from identifying customer needs, challenges, and priorities to executing those plans. Build long-term partnerships, particularly in the AI business sector.
Stimulate business growth by building relationships with internal and external resources and partners, and jointly develop and execute sales strategies (for individual companies and regions).
・Sales and Management
Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets for assigned accounts and regions. Enhance accuracy by utilizing AI-powered analytics and forecasting tools.
Manage forecasts using various tools, resources, and processes to track progress and achievement status across each business pipeline.
Leverage AI to evaluate new business opportunities based on the insights provided, leading to the creation of new pipelines.
・Sales Strategy
Collaborate with the account team to create account plans for assigned customers, clarify role assignments, and implement the PDCA cycle.
With the goal of maximizing our company’s solution business, promote cross-functional collaboration within the organization, focusing not only on the Azure business under your responsibility but also on cross-solution integration, including M365.
In the highly competitive cloud business environment, continuously engage with customers—from relationship building through proposal, implementation, and operations—with the “Why Microsoft” mindset in mind to effectively communicate the value we provide to the market.
