As a Senior Analyst reporting to the Global Lead, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing the organisation's personal compliance framework. You will lead and contribute to strategic and transformational initiatives across areas including personal investments, outside business activities, and gifts and entertainment. Leveraging your strengths in project delivery, data analysis, and technology, you will help drive continuous improvement of policies, controls, reporting, and governance practices while providing trusted advice on complex personal compliance matters. You will also support the development of junior team members and help promote consistent, best-practice approaches across global teams.
In this role, you will manage and deliver projects from scoping through to implementation, coordinating stakeholders, tracking milestones, and managing delivery risks. You will own the development and review of policies, procedures, training, and communications, while producing meaningful management information, dashboards, and insights to support decision-making. The role also involves assessing and strengthening compliance processes and controls, providing subject matter expertise and constructive challenge to stakeholders, overseeing the investigation and escalation of compliance issues, and supporting governance, assurance, audit, and regulatory activities. Additionally, you will handle complex personal compliance queries, including personal trading, outside business activities, and gifts and entertainment matters, while supporting operational teams to maintain consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Self-starter and curious professional who can operate with autonomy and develop as a subject matter expert in personal compliance policies, processes and procedures
- Exceptional communication skills, strong stakeholder management capability, and the confidence to influence and constructively challenge at different levels
- Relevant experience in compliance or risk management, ideally gained within financial services or professional services, including experience assessing complex matters and making well-reasoned recommendations
- Demonstrated experience leading projects or significant workstreams, managing competing priorities and delivering outcomes across multiple stakeholders
- Technical capability in data analytics, reporting, project delivery, strategy and risk framework development is highly desirable.
