Head of Financial Crime

Are You a seasoned compliance professional with a strong background in Financial Crime ? Join Our Team as Head of Financial Crime at AXA Partners! AXA Partners is looking for a dedicated Head of Financial Crime to lead our global efforts in sanctions, AML/CTF, and anti-bribery initiatives. Based in Malakoff, this role offers the opportunity to shape and implement our financial crime policies across all business lines and geographies. Key Responsibilities: Identify, assess, mitigate, manage, and report on Financial Crime risks across AXA Partners. Ensure the implementation of a compliant Sanctions Screening Program. Establish a robust AML framework. Align with AXA Group’s Financial Crime requirements. Oversee AXA France Financial Crime requirements over delegated business lines. Collaborate with the Chief Compliance Officer to review and update internal policies annually. Ensure escalation of issues and compliance matters centrally. Drive business compliance with national regulations. Report to Local ExCom and other stakeholders. Develop a strong compliance culture within the organization. Lead special projects as required. Candidate Profile: Minimum of 5 years experience in a Financial Crime role or 10 years in Compliance. Experience with global legal and regulatory frameworks. Strong understanding of insurance products and distribution models. Ability to travel for oversight visits. Skilled in coaching teams and promoting a compliance culture. Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills. Critical thinker with analytical skills and commercial acumen.
