Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Work You’ll Do
Manage software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Evaluate the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensure business growth. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients. Lead aspects of the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

• 50% travel required nationally
• Telecommuting permitted

Requirements
Master’s degree in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field and 3 years of experience in a job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in any STEM field, or a related field and 5 years of progressive related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.

Position requires 3 years of experience in the following:

• Utilizing 3DExperience, Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and SAP PLM to manage software advisory and implementation services for clients in the Consumer and Life Sciences and Health Care (LSHC) industries;
• Managing all phases of PLM project delivery and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for designing, developing, testing, and implementing 3DExperience, Oracle Agile PLM, and SAP PLM for enterprise-level clients;
• Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments, utilizing Maturity Assessment, and As-Is and To-Be Process Assessments;
• Supervising teams focused on blueprinting and design of engagements;
• Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs, via in-person and virtual cross- functional workshops; and
• Managing the project responsibilities of cross-functional onshore and offshore team members to ensure efficient completion of project tasks, utilizing Agile Methodology.
