Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Consultant in Tempe, Arizona.

Work You’ll Do
Drive software development and implementation services to address manufacturing, financial, human resources, customer relationship management, supply chain, and other business needs, utilizing SAP products. Synthesize overall operations strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions; select the most relevant SAP tools and techniques to meet specific requirements, including business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Drive the design, configuration, test, and support of SAP business modules to develop technical objects, including module and reports. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities; estimate time and resources needed for the development work. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document; support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, any STEM field or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.

Position requires 2 years of experience in the following:

• Utilizing Waterfall and Agile methodologies to drive software development and implementation services of SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) solutions;
• Driving various aspects of the full software development lifecycle for SAP implementation, which include requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations and urgent issues, using SAP BPC NetWeaver, BPC Microsoft (MS), and BPC Embedded versions, and SAC;
• Building, configuring, and monitoring interfaces to integrate SAP BPC, SAC, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP ERP Central Component (ECC) and third-party systems;
• Driving the creation of technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and pseudo code, to be used for application development, utilizing MS Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, BPC Script Logic, and SAC Advanced Logic;
• Developing Technical Design Documents (TDD) from Functional Design Documents (FDD) for various Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Form objects utilizing MS Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
• Defining systems strategy and support procedures, developing systems requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients, utilizing SAP BPC NetWeaver, BPC Embedded, and BPC MS versions, SAC, SAP Business Warehouse (BW), SAP Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP), BPC Script Logic, and SAP Fiori;
• Performing product lifecycle management design and development using SAP Transport Management System (TMS) for BPC and BW transports, and SAP Content Network for SAC transports; and
• Driving the design of SAP BPC, SAC for planning, SAP BW/4HANA, ABAP logic development, and SAP Fiori modules for integration, and to work with offshore development teams to develop solutions.
