Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Consultant in Houston, Texas.

Work You’ll Do
Drive software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities; provide application analysis to meet software architecture and infrastructure goals. Define systems strategy, develop system requirements, design, prototype, and test custom technology solutions, and support system implementation. Participate in setting engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, and coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope. Provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document; support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.

Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:

• Utilizing Process Modelling, Feasibility, Value, and Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA) to provide software advisory and implementation services for clients in the Oil, Gas, and Energy industries;
• Tracking implementation defects, coordinating defect resolution efforts, and documenting resolution details, utilizing Azure DevOps, HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), and Atlassian Jira;
• Developing functional specifications for custom development and interface with external systems utilizing Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Process Modelling, Prototyping, and Data Modeling;
• Working across all phases of the Software Development lifecycle to design, develop, test and implement Salesforce Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ), SAP S/4HANA, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for enterprise-level clients;
• Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate functional and technical requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that fully meet client needs, utilizing Agile methodology, User Stories, Use-Case Analysis, and Data Modeling;
• Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverables status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Scrum, and Agile Project Management;
• Utilizing Postman, Jira, and Azure DevOps to support Integration, Functional, System Integration (SIT), and User Acceptance (UAT) Testing to ensure successful design and implementation of solutions; and
• Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments, utilizing Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), Microsoft (MS) Visio, and PowerPoint.
