Architectural Engineer Technical Office

Job Description

• Prepare, review, and revise architectural shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site teams to resolve design conflicts and ensure smooth implementation.
• Review architectural design drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Handle material submittals and ensure materials are approved and meet project requirements.
• Provide technical support to site teams and participate in solving on-site design issues.
• Ensure that all architectural documentation is accurate, complete, and in line with the contract and codes.
• Maintain updated records of architectural changes and revisions.

• Follow up on approvals from consultants and authorities as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• 4 to 7 years of proven experience in a technical office or architectural engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, construction methods, and finishing standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.
• Excellent understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
