Join our Talent team and play a key role in delivering talent and organisational development initiatives designed to enhance performance and employee experiences across the full employee lifecycle within our Macquarie Asset Management business.
This role will be offered on a 12-month contract.

In this global role working with the Macquarie Asset Management Talent Lead, you will collaborate closely with the People & Culture team to deliver best practice talent management and deliver talent initiatives that support the business strategy.
You will lead end to end project management of the annual performance and promotions cycle, including ownership and accountability for synthesising global talent data. You will support the design and implementation of employee experience initiatives related to talent management, and provide advisory and consultancy services for talent initiatives, including the curation of global communications strategies in partnership with the communications team.
- Bachelor’s degree or other relevant tertiary or professional qualifications in disciplines such as HR, business or a related field
- Previous experience supporting talent management or organisational development initiatives, such as performance, promotions, succession planning, inclusion or employee engagement
- Experience in project management, with the ability to coordinate work from planning through to delivery
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing requirements and work collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to compile, analyse and interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a global team and work with stakeholders across different regions and cultures
- A learning mindset, curiosity and strong problem-solving skills.
