Working closely with business leaders, subject matter experts, and transformation teams, you will bring structure to complex challenges, facilitate decision-making, and help translate strategy into practical business solutions. You will: Partner with collaborators across Solution Lines, Regions, and Functions to understand business priorities, challenges, and opportunities. Support operating model development activities, including organizational efficiency, governance, service delivery, and approaches to collaboration. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discussions to gather insights, align collaborators, and support decision-making. Manage and assess incoming business requests and transformation opportunities, helping prioritize initiatives and define problem statements. Interpret operational data, business metrics, stakeholder feedback, and dashboard insights to inform recommendations and highlight improvement opportunities. Develop clear and compelling presentations, reports, and materials for leadership teams and steering committees. Track transformation activities, key decisions, risks, and business impacts to support successful program delivery. Contribute to process documentation, implementation planning, and change adoption activities that support balanced outcomes. Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and subject matter experts to deliver measurable business results. Skills and experience that will lead to success Experience in business consulting, operating model transformation, organizational effectiveness, business improvement, or a similar role within a consulting or corporate environment. Strong collaborator management and facilitation capabilities, demonstrating the capacity to build relationships, challenge constructively, and influence outcomes across different functions and levels. Experience supporting transformation initiatives through business assessment, operating model design, process improvement, or change management activities. Ability to interpret data, business performance indicators, and dashboard outputs to identify insights and support recommendations without requiring deep analytical or technical expertise. Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling capabilities, accompanied by a talent for simplifying complex topics and crafting executive-ready materials.
