What you'll do
You will own the product vision, roadmap, and OKRs for a set of products in the GRC platform portfolio, balancing Run, Grow, and Transform work across competing risk domains and conducting cross-domain discovery and demand management.
You will help run a GRC product portfolio that the firm's risk, legal, third-party, finance and compliance stakeholders rely on every day. The estate includes GRC tools such as OneTrust, DocuSign, Salesforce, and ServiceNow, along with comparable workflow and compliance platforms. Rather than optimizing a single product, you will own the connective work that makes these products coherent as a portfolio: shared data, common taxonomy, cross-product workflows, and the integrations that connect them to the firm's upstream source systems. You will also own the platform layer these products run on, including business logic, workflow engines, APIs, and vendor configuration. You will work across product, engineering, design, and data teams in our global technology hubs (US, Europe, India, and beyond), with stakeholders predominantly in North America and Europe.
You will contribute to the GRC.NEXT mission: transforming today's often fragmented, tool-by-tool risk operations into a cohesive, automated, regulator-ready platform enabling end-to-end risk identification, management, monitoring, compliance, and reporting across the firm. You will also help the team work AI-first, using retrieval-augmented generation, persistent memory, and agentic tooling to make both the products and the way the team builds them faster and more defensible.
You will manage vendor relationships across the group's core platforms (OneTrust, DocuSign, Salesforce, and ServiceNow), including performance reviews, renewals, licensing, and professional-services scope.
You will steward products through the firm's governance: security reviews, penetration testing, disaster-recovery planning, and service-operating-model onboarding for the most critical tiers of products and do AI - Native Product Management.
You will actively contribute to the GRC.NEXT journey: elevate GRC capability maturity, contribute to the unified data layer, and help evolve today's fragmented, tool-by-tool portfolio toward a cohesive, highly adaptive platform.
Your background
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related Engineering field; advanced degree in AI, IT and Computer Science, or Business is a plus
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record leading cross-functional and geographically distributed teams to deliver impactful digital products, ideally supporting GRC or risk processes
- Experience owning product work end-to-end across multiple tools or domains: discovery, problem framing, delivery, adoption, and iteration; experience owning platform or API products is a plus
- Working knowledge of two or more risk or compliance domains (for example privacy, third-party risk, legal operations, screening, or controls) and how they differ in data, workflow, and reporting
- Experience with one or more of the following: OneTrust, DocuSign, Salesforce, or ServiceNow, or comparable GRC and workflow tools
- Working knowledge of integration and data concepts (ETL/ELT, event streaming, REST APIs, data pipelines). Able to specify integration, API, and data-quality requirements for engineering teams
- Practical understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings and vector search, and persistent memory and context engineering, enough to specify them for engineering teams and judge whether an approach is sound
- Familiarity with agentic patterns and tool orchestration (for example the Model Context Protocol and tool use) and with evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, safety, privacy, and auditability in a regulated environment
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills: able to explain complex cross-platform workflows to both technical and non-technical audiences and drive alignment in non-hierarchical environments
