At PA Consulting, we help clients across sectors, whether they are highly mature agile organisations or just beginning their agile journey. As a leading consultancy and thought leader in organisational agility, we bring deep experience and insight to complex transformation challenges. Our work has supported the transition to green energy, introduced business agility in consumer companies, improved innovation and manufacturing quality while significantly reducing time to market for new products.
You will work with colleagues across PA on exciting assignments, gaining hands-on experience designing and implementing new ways of working alongside our clients. While experience with agile methodologies is valuable, we place greater emphasis on your ability to communicate effectively, organise work, solve problems, and present information clearly across all levels of an organisation

It is also an environment that requires learning and new knowledge so we can deliver brilliant work to our clients. With us, you will follow and contribute to driving the latest developments in the field, while at the same time having access to training and certifications. We are therefore looking for someone with an open and curious approach to solving challenges and who is driven by acquiring new knowledge and turning this into action.
Your employment with us starts with a thorough introduction. To support your development, you will from day one be assigned a manager and a buddy who, together with you, will prepare a development plan adapted to your skills and interests.
