You will monitor, research, assess, and analyze data and alerts from a suite of security tools, including DLP, EDR, SIEM, and user behavior analytics. You will follow defined investigative paths to ensure consistent resolution of often highly sensitive matters, and prepare and present analysis, findings, and recommendations through briefings and reports to security leads and other stakeholders, including senior legal, privacy, and executive stakeholders.

• Conduct technical analysis of user activity data and alerts to identify indicators of insider threats.
• Maintain the completeness and accuracy of the insider threat incident caseload.
• Analyze program trends, risks, and metrics to identify improvements and support leadership decisions.
• Support the enhancement of Insider Threat detection capabilities, controls, and countermeasures aligned to emerging TTPs.
• Liaise with Technology, Security, HR, Legal, Privacy, Compliance, and M&A partners to progress investigations.
• Identify control gaps and collaborate with engineering and operations peers to improve prevention and detection capabilities.
• Take part in exercises to test and strengthen Insider Threat capabilities, as necessary.
• Contribute to the Insider Threat Working Group.
• Collaborate with and mentor first-line analysts to embed key Insider Threat processes and procedures within their capabilities.
