Whether it’s taking charge of external financial reporting - from SEC filings to US GAAP and local regulatory standards - owning and supporting the general ledger and other financial systems, diving into accounting and internal controls, or leading expense management and corporate financial planning, you’ll play a vital force in shaping the financial future of one of the world’s leading institutions.
We are looking for a motivated finance professional to join our Finance team and play a key role across Financial Reporting, Controlling, Regulatory Reporting, and business transformation initiatives.
This is a diverse role that combines financial analysis, reporting, regulatory compliance, and participation in strategic business projects across Life Insurance, Pensions, and Service entities.
This role offers the opportunity to develop a well-rounded finance career, gain exposure to complex financial operations and regulatory environments, collaborate with experienced professionals, and leverage innovative technologies, including AI-powered tools, to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Support the implementation of new products, partnerships, and regulatory requirements by translating business needs into finance and reporting processes;
- Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities;
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, management reports, and regulatory submissions;
- Collaborate with actuarial, operations, tax, legal, and regional finance teams;
- Contribute to process improvement, automation, and digital transformation initiatives;
- Perform financial analysis, reconciliations, and controls to ensure data quality and compliance.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field;
- Knowledge/ experience in Financial Reporting, Controlling, Audit, Accounting, or Insurance Finance;
- Familiarity and openess to work with AI-enabled tools and apply them to budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and reconciliation activities while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information;
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Good understanding of financial statements and reporting processes;
- Very good Excel skills;
- Fluent English;
- Proactive mindset and willingness to work across multiple finance disciplines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
The expected salary range for this position is 102900 - 137200 RON. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
