Family Medicine - Specialist / Consultant | UAE Healthcare Jobs

We are seeking an experienced Family Medicine Specialist / Consultant to join a leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to patients of all ages, with a focus on preventive care, diagnosis, treatment, and long-term disease management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care to patients across different age groups.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Conduct routine health assessments, preventive screenings, and wellness consultations.
• Develop personalized treatment and follow-up plans.
• Manage common conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, respiratory disorders, and cardiovascular risk factors.
• Provide patient education on lifestyle, nutrition, preventive care, and disease management.
• Refer patients to appropriate specialists when required.
• Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement, clinical audits, and professional development activities.

• MBBS, MD, or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Recognized postgraduate qualification in Family Medicine.
• Relevant post-specialization clinical experience as a Specialist / Consultant in Family Medicine.
• Strong experience in primary care, preventive medicine, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• UK CCT, American Board, Australian Board, Canadian, or equivalent Western qualifications are preferred.
• Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
