Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Consultant in Tampa, Florida.

Work You’ll Do
Drive SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Improve the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Participate in setting SAP engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities. Provide application analysis to meet SAP architecture and infrastructure goals. Provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modelling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions.

• 50% Travel required nationally
• Telecommuting permitted

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.

Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:

• Working across the Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run phases of SAP Activate methodology for the full lifecycle implementation of SAP Materials Management (MM) services;
• Designing, configuring, and supporting SAP S/4HANA and SAP MM and Inventory Management (IM) modules to drive business requirements and provide user solutions;
• Analyzing and documenting clients’ current-state supply chain systems, processes, and environments, and performing root cause analysis to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes, and environments, using Microsoft (MS) Office Suite;
• Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverables status to ensure timely project delivery, and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, using Gantt and Burndown Charts, MS Excel, Rally, and Micro Focus ALM;
• Driving requirements gathering and project planning, creating test cases, coordinating the testing and deployment in SAP S/4HANA, and training and assisting end users during Hypercare after Go-Live;
• Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to provide the impact and risk analysis relating to RICEFW objects deployment in SAP MM; and
• Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and maintenance in client environments, utilizing SAP MM.
